Re: “The Great Escape (Charlotte)

Do not buy or sell here! They are absolute crooks and will NOT offer you a fair amount for your items. If you bring in items approximately worth $150 retail you can expect a $45 offer. They are still going to sell it for $150 though! Anybody that's that shady with their business does not deserve your business. My family, friends, and I are never going back and I would recommend you do the same!

Re: “Carmike Bellevue 8

I don't know why everyone's complaining unless the people writing in all CAPS are former teenage employees that were fired for being immature as is seen in their post... The Bellevue Carmine 8 is a nice older movie theater where you get what you pay for. The movies are cheaper then sounding theaters by several dollars, they let you buy tickets inside when the weathers bad (rainy/cold) and it isn't over run with kids like the green hills theater or nasty and dangerous like the Hollywood 27. I love the cheap movies on Tuesdays, the free refills of popcorn and soda that no one else offers and the adult, clean/safe atmosphere. If you're over the age of 16 and want to feel sfe watching a movie while saving a substantial amount of money via tickets & concessions give the Bellevue 8 a try. :-)
If you're a rude immature teenage that writes reviews in all CAPS please stay away!

Re: “Peg Leg Porker

This place is awesome, great food and a real deal Memphis style BBQ joint that is a welcome relief to the oft copied rough hewn lumber and galvanized tin style of so many others.

Re: “3rd aVenue South

Awful people to work with. Woman running it is as rude as she can be. Overpriced, underwhelming. Do Not recommend. They have like 2 bathrooms for 500 people. ridiculous. Stay away.

Re: “Midtown Fellowship Church

they lost me at their web site with infant baptistm, which apparently they practice, but don't explain on their web site WHY -- apparently you have to go by their church to get the information on that. I also don't get the point of planting congregations in a city that is overflowing with churches of all denominations. If someone is Christian or curious in this city, they should not have a problem finding a church. Why do we need yet more? It's crazy IMO

Re: “Gold Rush

Hi Goldrush fans!
I was a Goldrush regular for many years from the late '70s to the mid
'80s and met a lot of good people. Met some weird o's, too! It was a great place to come and unwind. I forget the bartender's name with the blonde hair, but I drove him crazy! Every time I came in I would ask him to play some Joni Mitchell!!! If he is still around, I hope he has forgiven me!!! Wish I could go back, but for the past 18 years I have lived outside the country, mostly in Germany.

Re: “Dalt's Classic American Grill

Bland food. Poor service, and if you complain, mgt tells you it is your fault. Way too many other choices in Nashville!

Re: “Nashville Palace

I love the Nashville Palace and Robert's Western World because of the music! Here they play everything from a Western swing to a rockin' Chuck Berry back to a classic Marty Robbins' tune! ALL of the musicians could do their own show because they are THAT good, so it is an amazing, blow-your-socks off show EVERY SINGLE TIME when they play together. WOW. And this from a AC/DC, Alice Cooper, to the 80's rocker girl! Love the shows!

Food is hot, fresh! A basic menu, but keeping it simple means easy to serve a lot of people! Wait staff is clean, clean, clean!

Re: “Play Dance Bar

Everything about Play is AMAZING. I'm new to the gay scene, but I've been going at least once a week, at most three times. I usually go with my lesbian friends to dance, watch the shows, and just have a fun time. I love being able to be myself around others similar to myself. I like dancing with girls and boys in the same place, and it be seen as a normal thing. People usually say don't meet people in bars and clubs, but I recently met someone who has become very close to me. If it weren't for Play, we would have never met.

The Nashville Palace is now under the ownership of Robert's Western World, and offers Traditional, and not so traditional country music! Our new website is http://www.nashville-palace.com
