Re: “Sambuca

My wife took me on my birthday and we both loved it. Jason, our server, was very attentive and concerned about our experience. I had the filet which melted in my mouth and my wife, who is vegetarian, they made her something that was not on the menu but loaded with vegis and tasted great. The entire experience was great, I'll be sure to go back.

Re: “Wheel

Forget going to any other honky tonk on Broadway!Clue and the Honkytones are hands down the best band on Broadway! Saw their show on Sunday at The Wheel and they play traditional, legendary country and rockabilly! I bought their CD of originals called "Thrown Thru the Windshield", I love every song on the CD! Clue has a baritone voice like no other I have ever heard! The way he sings Elvis's songs gives me chills!!!! A must see when coming to Nashville! They play 2-6 on Sundays.

Re: “Flying Saucer Draught Emporium

The Saucer is one of the best places to enjoy microbrews in a town with increasing choices. Service can be uneven and the food is unexceptional, but the staff trains regularly on the vast array of beer selections and the bartenders in particular are knowledgeable. If you are over twenty five you might prefer the vibe at happy hour and during weekend days as the place can become inundated with Vandy students on late evenings. Special events include beer tastings, a trivia night and live music from consistently average retro and alternative bands.

Re: “Carmike Bellevue 8

March 25, 2011 We live in Kingston Springs, Tn and it is a drive to go to a movie. Three times this has happened. The listing on line said that a movie was on but when we get there they say that the movie is not running at thime time. Whats UP! They finally fixed the Heat / AC, seats and some cleaning but the manager must need to be FIRED. I was a theater manager my self and this would not have happened at my theater. You have lost our businiss. Sorry about the typos as I have had a stroke and I can't spell well now. Thomas Jackson 1455 Fallen Beetree Rd 37082

Re: “Back in Touch Wellness Center

Actually, this fun event is not on Thursday or at Back In Touch, anymore. It's its Park Manor, 115 Woodmont Blvd., just up the hill a little from the Belle Meade Plaza where the Starbucks, Office Depot, Kroger, etc. are.
Look for updates on Meetup.com.

Re: “Ri'Chard's Louisiana Cafe

So disappointed. As a Louisiana native, I love celebrating Mardi Gras. Made a reservation to celebrate at Ri'chard's. Drove 35 minutes to get there, walked in, the music was playing, people were wearing their beads, the band was setting up, the atmosphere was festive. We were ready to party! Then, the waitress led us down the street into an empty room with no beads or decorations, no music, no other people. Needless to say, we left and headed to Larrivierre's on the Square in Gallatin where we were welcomed into their Mardi Gras celebration! We feasted on delicious, authentic Cajun food and decided to eliminate Ri'chard's from our future dining choices. Too bad that one "AH SHOOT" wipes out a thousand "ATTABOYS!"

Re: “Ri'Chard's Louisiana Cafe

Our favorite local restaurant! Best & friendlist staff in town - including Nashville! Wonderful food but the atmosphere is THE BEST. Great original music. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Where we like to go to just be ourselves and relax and enjoy some good food. Thanks for coming to Whites Creek!

Re: “Darfons

The price is way to high for quality of their food selection. Which isn't that great anyway!

Re: “JC's Bullseye Sports Bar

Home of Nashville's longest running rock and roll "pros night out", The Play It Again Jam. Sponsored by Pat Adams & Tennessee Concerts and hosted by Gary Allen from The Charlie Daniels Band, JJ Cale and Stonewall Jackson. Bandleader Walter Jowers, writer for The Scene and City Paper, leads the players through their paces and fines them if he can't see his face in their shoes. :D He ran James Brown's houseband for years in Augusta.

Every Sunday, year round cranking it up 5 PM-until? Pool tables, good food, friendly staff, drink specials, giant television, chicks, picks and licks! You can check it out at http://tennesseeconcerts.com/jam or email them directly to sign up for newsletters and invitations at playitagainjam@gmail.com.

Re: “417 Union

This is a great venue, not only for eating, but the upstairs dining room doubles as a gallery for local artists. The current exhibit is by photographer, Nancy Diana, and features her "Signs of Life: Nashville - Part I & 2" series, her "Sustenance" series, and many of her landscapes of Middle Tennessee. Here's a link to many of the photos being shown: http://www.pbase.com/bellanundo/signs_of_l…

Re: “Greenland's Pub

New owner that took over after Tommy Greenfield passed away is not very good at keeping people happy. Management is terrible, drugs are rampant and entertainment that used to be the highlight has been replaced with the worst forms. It's difficult to imaging this place will survive it's current mismanagement. Maybe the next owners will turn it back around and salvage this quaint little pub.
