This guy is as shady as they come. Does not pay any of his employees. He splits the servers and bartenders tips with the cooks, himeslf,and sometimes his wife
He has worked a friend of mine as many as 18 hours a day and did not even want to pay her
$2.13 an hour. He closes when he seems to know when the health department is coming and closes for the entire day to clean. At $5.50 for a btl. Of beer you would think that someone besides him was getting paid. (He splits tipshare with himself and his wife? ??)

This place is working people and not paying them. They are operating the roof top deck with any running water, no way for employees to wash their hands. The food is completely overpriced... 15 bucks for a chicken finger basket. This place sucks. DO NOT EVER GO HERE

I have been to Gabbys several times over the past couple of months and have enjoyed it every time! The burgers are great. Very friendly staff, limited seating and hours so get there at lunch time... Wasabi mayo, sweet potato fries and delicious desert bars... You cannot go wrong here..

They serve top quality dogs including polish and vegterian, grilled or steamed on a white or wheat bun (your choice). The kraut on the New York dog is very good and the Chicago dog is the real deal, including the sport peppers, tomato wedge, pickle slice, bright green relish, and cucumber salt. The fries are KILLER; They are perfectly cooked in peanut oil, and more than you can eat are stuffed into the brown paper bag in which they are served. The building is tiny, with a few stools and a small bar along one wall. It's usually crowded so you probably won't want to eat inside, but you can, especially if you are willing to eat standing. Don't worry, there are picnic tables on the covered deck which has roll-up canvas sides to keep the wind and sun at bay, and the food tastes great no matter where you eat it.
