This show will be a mix of bluegrass, folk, and rock. Jesse will be rockin' out with Steve Thomas on guitar and fiddle, Sean on the brushes, Marty on bass, and Rod on guitar. A special surprise for the first 10 arriving at the ticket door. Really nice retro place with carefully prepared yummy appetizers. Beautiful giant restored bar with private "blue garage" area for private parties. Love the color and feel of this hip bar/dining retreat nestled in the lovely Franklin Factory. A little pricey, but keeps it upscale.
Wonderful long loved bar, a favorite with locals. Right near the heart of downtown Franklin. Terrific music, great outdoor patio with two indoor eating areas (top floor totally bar complete with pool table). Really good food at fantastic prices. Fried Pickles are amazing!!
This is one of those bars in 5 points that fills up solely on location alone. If you are a local who knows one of the bartenders good for you and the convenience of such. If not, avoid this bar at all costs. Lots of fun until you cash out, and find your tab padded. Good luck trying to disseminate what you actually owe because there is not one person there who cares anything about you when it comes to money and your tab. Pay up or suffer, and these folks will intimidate when they need to. Highly suggest avoiding. The whorish looking dark haired female bartender (not Tracy) will harass you for a better tip and pad your tab unless you call her on it. Good luck getting a positive outcome. I didn't have the cajones to punch her in the face but maybe you will. I write this in the intent to all who read reviews in the hope you steer clear until this bar (a franchise, sadly) man up and accept that they are in the customer service business and we, as consumers, have the power to persuade a company like this to acknowledge its consumer base's needs for fairness or watch it's consumer base boycott its moneygrubbing ways (it is a business that makes craploads off of you for grabbing a few drinks) and encourage the establishment to hire people with a little more integrity. The owner is interviewing via fuck!ng chicks. Steer clear. Way overpriced.
how is the jam? i dabble with the banjo scruggs style and would like to start playing in some jams.
i witnessed a bartender break into tears and begin berating customers. the reason being that his boss apparently berates the employees when they do something wrong. it's creepy.
I love biker trash butt crack, I'll have to check it out. By the way every bar in the fucking world is like this, its just disguised by the way people dress and look. Your nothin but a judgemental hypocrit.
Saw Jake Maurer in Tootsies, what a star, someone sign him up for bigger things at once. Also Tootsies, absolutely brilliant, exceeded expectations.
Hey Wes We can't wait to come back and see you. You sound great at Tootsie's!
Giving has never tasted so good. SoundForest partners with Blackstone Brewery and The Taproom on 12th South in Nashville to help plant trees.

Worst bar in the Nashville area as far as I'm concerned. Outrageous cover and the staff is completely inconsiderate. I don't know where they got the security guard that walks around like he's an actual police officer. Watched him put a tazer to a guy's head who wasn't doing anything wrong at all. Can't smoke indoors and the outdoor smoking area looked like hell. The decor was horrible and the crowd sucked.
I have been in a ton of bars, all over the country. And, let me tell you, the Wheel one of the best places to be. It is a must stop for me when I am in Nashville, especially on Sunday, when this honky tonk, rockabilly band plays. Clue and the Honkytones is one exceptional group! They can play everything, from Elvis to the Zep! And the lead singer, Clue is a class act. He might as well be the King of Nashville!
Aside from the incredible musical talent, the service is great, and the people there are like old friends. There is a nice patio in the back where you can catch some rays, throw back a few and listen to the music. You wont be disappointed! Be sure to bring your cigars!
Rock Over Broadway this weekend April 30th at Hard Rock Cafe. Doors at 6pm. More information of http://dreamrow.com/
This place rocks. The food and music are great. The service is excellent. They have a treasure chest full of toys for the little ones. Richard the owner is originally from Louisiana and knows his Cajun cooking. They are also open on Saturdays from 12:30 to 9:00 so you can enjoy lunch and listen to some great up and coming writers at the Songwriters showcase hosted by Gary Cavanaugh. Some no. 1 writers have been known to drop in! Aieee and great etouffee!!
My wife took me on my birthday and we both loved it. Jason, our server, was very attentive and concerned about our experience. I had the filet which melted in my mouth and my wife, who is vegetarian, they made her something that was not on the menu but loaded with vegis and tasted great. The entire experience was great, I'll be sure to go back.
I haven't been but would like to go, kinda had my heart set on getting a rustynail drink from the rusty nail.

Forget going to any other honky tonk on Broadway!Clue and the Honkytones are hands down the best band on Broadway! Saw their show on Sunday at The Wheel and they play traditional, legendary country and rockabilly! I bought their CD of originals called "Thrown Thru the Windshield", I love every song on the CD! Clue has a baritone voice like no other I have ever heard! The way he sings Elvis's songs gives me chills!!!! A must see when coming to Nashville! They play 2-6 on Sundays.
Jack Scott always books quality talent for the Songwriter Nights...great music and great food...how can you go wrong? SUPERTERRIWONDERFANTABULOUS!!!
The Saucer is one of the best places to enjoy microbrews in a town with increasing choices. Service can be uneven and the food is unexceptional, but the staff trains regularly on the vast array of beer selections and the bartenders in particular are knowledgeable. If you are over twenty five you might prefer the vibe at happy hour and during weekend days as the place can become inundated with Vandy students on late evenings. Special events include beer tastings, a trivia night and live music from consistently average retro and alternative bands.
