This is a great venue, not only for eating, but the upstairs dining room doubles as a gallery for local artists. The current exhibit is by photographer, Nancy Diana, and features her "Signs of Life: Nashville - Part I & 2" series, her "Sustenance" series, and many of her landscapes of Middle Tennessee. Re: “City Café”
Great food at very reasonable prices in this "meat and three" style restaurant. I can hardly believe you can get so much for so little money. All the food is homemade and prepared from recipe right there - nothing out of a box made in some factory. If you want a delicious, satisfying meal that you don't have to wait 20 or 30 minutes to get, this has got to be your place.
