God bless Harold James, his pristine establishment lives on.
Went to Joes' tonight My son wanted to go for his birthday. Had a wonderful time. Katie was our great waitress. She made sure we did not need anything. The Kitchen staff made the best seafood ever. Come hungry it was a hold lot in the bucket to eat, Lobster crabs shrimp and sausage corn and potatoes. They made my son get up and hula for his birthday. What a special time.. Thanks Joe and all the staff.
Great food, Great atmosphere, good service. Definitively recommend to anyone. Finally a healthy restaurant that's not seriously overpriced.
BEST BBQ!! We love this place. We drive from Toney AL to eat at this place.
We love Chef's Market. I love the 3 salads plate but we usually try something different each trip. The customer service is A+, the desserts delicious, and the food, the best!
The steak frittes with herb butter is one of the best you can get in town!
I take my family to this place every week. We love it and know all the people who work there. The crawfish is outstanding as is the catfish and gumbo. Bill takes personal care of the products and the preparation. We highly recommend this restaurant. It IS the real deal in Cajun food.
The BB Kings, Carl Stewart & The All stars are a great band. a must see. Doyne & Johnnie Ratliff of Humboldt Tn.
Ate many times here and had many drinks LOL Great food
best writers night in town , no matter how many cuts you had or how many you may have these folks always make you feel like a star. we come in from Canada every so often and they treat us like they have always know us.
Really nice little place to pick up lunch. I had a hamburger, fries, and chocolate shake. Everything was delicious! The waitress we had was also very friendly. All around great atmosphere and food.
My first experience at Joes' was at Nashville. Excellent staff and service. The menu is full of the best seafood. There is other choices, but if you love seafood, you will love Joes'. They have a huge selection of the best crabs available anywhere. Every size appetite is offered a big selection. From a bucket of shrimp to my favorite the one and only "Bean Town Bake" Which includes not one but two whole lobsters throw in some clams, shrimp, corn on the cob, sausage, onion all served in a big roasting pan. Everything was cooked to perfection! I can sum up my experience at Joe's Crab Shack in three words. "I LOVE IT" When I returned home I immediately went to their website and found another location closer to me. I have been there about 6 times or I should say I drove there just to eat at Joes' 5 times and once I was in near there. It is about an hour and 45 min drive. Easy 7 out of 5 stars!
Our favorite restaurant during our Nashville vacation. The food was excellent - from sandwiches to spaghetti. Wonderful bread. Atmosphere was very welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with the owner. Will definitely recommend to all our friends visiting the Nashville area.
Best chocolate shake in Tennessee
This place rocks. The food and music are great. The service is excellent. They have a treasure chest full of toys for the little ones. Richard the owner is originally from Louisiana and knows his Cajun cooking. They are also open on Saturdays from 12:30 to 9:00 so you can enjoy lunch and listen to some great up and coming writers at the Songwriters showcase hosted by Gary Cavanaugh. Some no. 1 writers have been known to drop in! Aieee and great etouffee!!
Jack Scott always books quality talent for the Songwriter Nights...great music and great food...how can you go wrong? SUPERTERRIWONDERFANTABULOUS!!!
Our favorite local restaurant! Best & friendlist staff in town - including Nashville! Wonderful food but the atmosphere is THE BEST. Great original music. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Where we like to go to just be ourselves and relax and enjoy some good food. Thanks for coming to Whites Creek!
This is a great venue, not only for eating, but the upstairs dining room doubles as a gallery for local artists. The current exhibit is by photographer, Nancy Diana, and features her "Signs of Life: Nashville - Part I & 2" series, her "Sustenance" series, and many of her landscapes of Middle Tennessee. Here's a link to many of the photos being shown: http://www.pbase.com/bellanundo/signs_of_l…

What a great place to have a cold beer and friendly conversation with a stranger. Being new to town I can always go to this bar/restaurant and make new friends easily. The bartenders are great! and the food has always been better than expected. During nice weather they can open up half the restaurant to let the outdoors in.
Re: “Ri'Chard's Louisiana Cafe”
As a New Orleans native, I sincerely enjoyed and appreciated Ri'chard's Cafe'. There are a few restaurants dishing up Cajun, Southern and Creole cuisine in the Nashville Area but Ri'chard's offers "Langiappe"! That's French for, "A little bit extra". The food is delicious and the atmosphere is laid back and friendly. Richard Trest, the owner, is a working owner. Along side his restaurant staff, he cooks, cashiers brings food to the tables and even sits in with live bands contributing his awesome guitar playing or slapping the cajon but that's still not all! Richard is an accomplished musician himself and enjoys performing his own music for his patrons. It's all part of the experience expected and well-delivered at this establishment. Step into Ri'chard's Cafe' and find yourself in the deep south where the shrimp are frying and the file' gumbo is steaming. You may have just found your new kitchen-away-from-home! I did!
