It's a lot easier getting a table at Lime these days now that Whiskey Kitchen has opened! I was there on e a recent Friday night at 8 for dinner and there were empty tables the whole hour I was there. The atmosphere is still great, interesting-looking people coming and going (lots of pretty young women) and the service is friendly and attentive - we did not have to wait long after ordering for our drinks or food. Margaritas by the pitcher were a featured special that night, and the best pitcher of Margaritas I've ever had, in a particularly unusual pitcher - very sophisticated. Our appetizer - Coco Chili Shrimp - and our dessert - the flan - were great, I highly recommend them. But our dinner was disappointing. We shared a rib eye that was the featured special that night and not only was our dinner cold when it arrived at the table, but the meat was rather sinewy, not the kind of quality you'd expect from a restaurant. We could have done better at home. We may try again, because they have such creative dishes, in hopes that execution will be improved. Great atmosphere and service aren't enough to tolerate disappointing $20-something entrees.
The service was lazy and the food lacked flavor. We had to send our food back to be cooked more thoroughly including the veggies. Which just confirmed to us that the staff is just lazy.

Re: “Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant”
The food was great but they need to watch their language in Spanish. They need to realize that other people speak Spanish as well. I was very offended by the language they used.
