I had heard nice things so I went but was very disappointed.
Goat curry meat was too tough, veggies were watery, and their famous chaat was too soggy instead of being crisp. Maybe the owner was having a bad day.
I hope they would get their act together soon as I love Indian food and they are conveniently located in Franklin.

Re: “Bombay Bistro”
This place was horrible. Not only was the service bad but the food was cold as well. This place had no A/C, even the employees were complaining about how hot it was. The owner was rude and the servers were super slow. I will never go back to this place ever again. I will stick to Sitar in Nashville or The Taste of India in Franklin.
