I'm in 4th grade my grade sow it and it was very inappropriate for my age so if you see this don't take you kids. The play was funny especially the nonsuch that was funny. My friend anders fell asleep. It was very long and boring in some parts. So I'd give it a 5 out of 10
This group doesn't pay there bills, we did the awards for this group last July and haved been paid.

Why was there no review of this show in the Magazine?????????????????????
Gee Jack,
To paraphrase Woody Allen, I've been doing all my own reading since I was forty.
I've dealt with a woman named Felicia who leads some of these tours. Just so you know, wine tastings in the state of TN are free. Please consider that- and the fact that she often does not even alert the wineries involved on these "tours" (much less make arrangements for cheese, chocolates, discounts, various winery pairings & demonstrations or large groups)- BEFORE you pay $99 for this tour. Rip off!
Needs a rewrite to make it more cohesive--it is in workshop mode now. There are strands of thought that seem unconnected and do not progress the story. The author definitely has a message, but the play does not flow and the lead actor tended to overplay and over-emote his scenes to the point of distraction. Looking forward to the final product.
Take it easy on Ed. Ed did the best he could not knowing anything about the band and after doing about three minutes of research. Don't be so tough on the guy.
there is nothing"wistful" about the marvelous moodies. maybe the person who writes a promo should have a clue about the band. the fact that justin hayward gets mentioned last tells me all i need to know. about the author. clueless!
Ani DiFranco fan. Hate this album, sorry.
Saw them at Wolf Trap in Virginia this summer, and no joke: they were saying good night within an hour of taking the stage. They came back out to do encores, but total show length was under 90 minutes. The crowd was largely incredulous.
Wanda may be worth it....but if you have to wait in a single line, in the rain, for over an hour to get in the the place again like we did on Tuesday night for Warren Haynes, I'll pass. I think the owners of Marathon Music Works have some explaining to do.
If you're gay in Nashville, this is the place for you!! Meet fellow sausage snatchers and carpet munchers! Be HAPPY and, uh, GAY ?!
Anyway, I am not (homosexual).
Waste of time. Unless you're an interior decorator.
Music critics are nimrods. I learn nothing except how language can be raped.
Edd Hurt is clearly a moron.
Forgot to rate. One star. :(
More indie crap from your fanboy friends at the Scene; keep pushing this hipster junk on everyone - eventually, Nashville will wake up and realize that this is all 'the emperor's new music' and has been for a long time. It's basically a popularity contest liberally sprinkled with the collective hallucination that strange haircuts and tiny cigarettes can equate to actual writing talent or instrument mastery; Nashville indie music that doesn't suck basically died after bands like Government Cheese, Blind Farmers from Hell, Eleven-59, Judy Bats, and a host of others composed of hardcore locals from the 'ville and RIM grads and associated detritus got together to deliver serious grooves with serious content that you'd be humming the next day (if it was the Cheese boys, you'd be laughing along with it as well. If it was Eleven-59, it would keep you up at night hiding under your covers). Please wake up, Nashville -- the indie crap happening right now (with the absolute lone exception of the Ionians, who are actually writing music to make you think and are, therefore, doomed) is weak, tepid, carried tottering along by a collection of mutual fanboys who are too young to know any better and an unspoken agreement that 'yes, we'll play anywhere, for free'. Once upon a time it was fearless. It was rife with danger, it was new, it was dark, and it healed and brought everyone together at the same time. Stop settling, and demand some actual talent, some skill, some writing, and pony up a couple of $$ and be prepared to pay just a pittance for it; else, you're not hearing who's best - you're just hearing who's next.
AMERICAN PICKERS MIKE WOLFE IS A FRAUD HE JUST DOES IT FOR THE MONEY BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YA THIS MIKE & FRANK IS A FRAUD DO NOT WATCH THE AMERICAN PICKERS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GAY LIKE THEM
I saw Tracy Morgan's show on Friday night at the Ryman. He was not funny. He seemed drunk and angry. I've heard plenty of nasty humor and it doesn't bother me. Mainly it was dull and dragged out. He also made comments about being angry at some of the girls he has dated that they had shared that they were molested. It must be hard on you Tracy. I have also heard plenty of gay jokes which don't bother me. However, he was being mean. He was angry that gay people say that they are born that way. He said that God doesn't make mistakes. Thanks for the word of wisdom Tracy.
Re: “Gershom Gorenberg: "The Remaking of Israel — The Need for a Second Republic"”
It is important to note that the "J Street" organization has been described by the Israeli Government as an Anti Israel organization and Pro Palestinian group. And yes, these are the same Palestinians that cheered and gave out candy on the streets when the Twin Towers fell on 9/11. It is a great shame that the Nashville Scene chooses to give such an organization an open stage, it is even worse that the Jewish Community Center does the same - all for money. Shame.
