This post needs a little clarification. The Old Crow Medicine Show performance at Grimey's at midnight is technically free in that you get the free show if you pre-ordered the new OCMS album at Grimey's (as well as a sweet free OCMS tote bag). We have sold out all of the available slots however so this is now a SOLD OUT show. Sorry for any inconvenience or misunderstanding. Old Crow is playing the Woods Amphitheater at Fontanel on July 28 and tickets are available for that show right now. We do a lot of cool promotions, give-aways and opportunities for exclusive live shows at Grimey's. Like this OCMS midnight show, we announce and promote them on twitter, facebook and through our email subscriber list (you can sign up at www.grimeys.com for our newsletter). Follow us and like us to find out first about these kinds of things. Thanks!

Way to slip in an under-the-wire mention of Coxhill's passing in the edit, Jim. Thanks for that...I didn't find out until a couple days after I wrote it and was hoping that someone would catch it before it published. Rest in power.
Love the writeup! Great event!

Darn, right Jewly! BB is an international treasure!
This is not an event happening during regular hours. You have to call and schedule a viewing of the exhibit. The review is misleading.
saw the kansas bible company at Summer
solstace they were BOSS !!!
Wonderful show in a fabulous space. The CMHOF is doing weekly programs which are real treats for fans of music. Earl Klugh was great and the guest players-- including Steve Wariner-- added to the fun.
I've dealt with a woman named Felicia who leads some of these tours. Just so you know, wine tastings in the state of TN are free. Please consider that- and the fact that she often does not even alert the wineries involved on these "tours" (much less make arrangements for cheese, chocolates, discounts, various winery pairings & demonstrations or large groups)- BEFORE you pay $99 for this tour. Rip off!
This is going to kill.
Re: “Randall Shreve and the Sideshow”
Randall Shreve & the Sideshow brings their own wine-soaked flavor of indie rock to audiences around the country. Their music, which has been described as “Vaudeville Rock,” derives its unmistakable sound from influences such as Queen, Muse, The Beatles, and Jeff Buckley, but plays them against the dark and sultry backdrop of cabaret. While the rock is thoroughly modern, it exudes the ambition, grit and glamour of Old Hollywood, and manages to transport the listener back in time to an earlier era. Fans have come to expect not only exceptional musicianship from their live shows, but a unique entertainment experience. They never leave disappointed.
