This Bill Murray tour will happen, or worst case scenario… a bunch of people get together in different cities around the country, get drunk, sing karaoke and show their love for a living legend.
I was at this show and they had the packed house charmed for the entire evening. The back up band included a guest drummer and an addtional guitar player, plus a visit from the lead singer from the Statler Brothers and a great gospel singer. All in all it was quite a show. Dailey has an amazing voice that reminds me of Vince Gill, but he can also soar into the stratosphere as a gospel tenor. Vincent is an extraordinary bass and guitar player and his vocals blend well with Dailey. This is a great show for the price. It made my first visit to the Ryman one to remember.
Hope to see you at the show, it's going to be a Great night of music from 6:00-7:30pm! My friend Nate Davenport will also be playing the night!
Peace, Melissa Maki

Randall Shreve & the Sideshow brings their own wine-soaked flavor of indie rock to audiences around the country. Their music, which has been described as “Vaudeville Rock,” derives its unmistakable sound from influences such as Queen, Muse, The Beatles, and Jeff Buckley, but plays them against the dark and sultry backdrop of cabaret. While the rock is thoroughly modern, it exudes the ambition, grit and glamour of Old Hollywood, and manages to transport the listener back in time to an earlier era. Fans have come to expect not only exceptional musicianship from their live shows, but a unique entertainment experience. They never leave disappointed.
A great event on a hot summer day!! & you can't beat free!! =)

This where we're at.
Darn, right Jewly! BB is an international treasure!
Wonderful show in a fabulous space. The CMHOF is doing weekly programs which are real treats for fans of music. Earl Klugh was great and the guest players-- including Steve Wariner-- added to the fun.
This is going to kill.
When I read the first line of your comment I thought you were talking about the band "War On Drugs"... I think most thinking Americans realize the "war on drugs" (no caps) has been a total failure and drain of taxpayers' moneys. The question is "why is it still going on"? The simple answer: politics. The politicians are afraid to stand up and be counted and risk outraging the conservative constituents. Just one person's opinion.
I helped record this and would love to find a copy of KS Suite.
Excellent and a moving play!!
Wow, what a cool venue! Great sound and a casual comfortable atmoshpere. Fun place to play. Jessie Liz was astonishing. The depth of her writing and her vocal and guitar chops were so fresh and...well... beautiful and inspiring.
You need to go this night of July 3rd and see Great Peacock. Awesome new Folk Group

Re: “Anne of Green Gables”
Hi I'm just as big a fan of live theatre as you are and I went out to the Encore theatre last Saturday night on whim.
When I arrived I wasn't impressed at all. It wasn't much more than a small warehouse with a thrown together stage, and makeshift theater seating.
So needless to say I wasn't expecting much. Man was I surprised!
As soon as the play started I was transformed into the early 1900s. Not by set design, matter of fact the set was one of the shabbiest I have seen.
It was the cast. This was a top notch production. The young lady playing Anne totally took control and owned the evening. The entire cast was wonderful.
The story was sweet and innocent, but really funny. I really hope someone on your staff could go see this production. You will be so glad you did.
