
Earlier this year, Watermark — which has been a cornerstone of Gulch dining for more than ten years — announced plans to move downtown next year in the planned headquarters of Bridgestone, now under construction. Ahead of that move, the restaurant recently recruited a new executive chef, Elliot Cunniff. Cunniff relocated to Nashville from New York, where he worked at the Grand Soho Hotel as well as for acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud in both Daniel and DB Bistro restaurants. No doubt he's bringing some big changes to Watermark. Let's better know Chef Cunniff:
