Harmony Korine on Marc Maron's WTF Podcast

Posted By on Tue, Apr 2, 2013 at 1:47 PM

The latest episode of Marc Maron's WTF podcast features an interview with Spring Breakers director Harmony Korine and one of the film's stars, James Franco. The episode was recorded live at Esther's Follies in Austin, just hours before the film's U.S. premiere at SXSW.

I was in Austin that day working on a story on Spring Breakers, so I was able to attend the recording, which was pretty damn entertaining — even though Korine's segment was temporarily hijacked by some guy ranting from the audience, who turned out to be stand-up comic and actor Eddie Pepitone.

Also on the podcast, comedian (and Nashville native) Nate Bargatze and Wait Wait ... Don't Tell Me! host Peter Sagal, who is pretty friggin' hilarious.
