Film Press Play: 2012 International Black Film Festival of Nashville Starts Tomorrow

Tomorrow marks the start of the four-day 2012 International Black Film Festival of Nashville, which, in a move meant to shave costs and reach viewers outside the city, is taking place for the first time exclusively online. It's something of a stopgap, as the 2013 IBFFN plans to return to live venues while retaining some of its online component.
The sixth annual event runs through Sunday, which is devoted to repeat showings of the IBFFN's most popular films. An $8 cover per day grants access to every film that day for a 24-hour period, and most days consist of a narrative feature or feature-length documentary supplemented with a variety of short films.
