Fashion Take a Break With the Holiday Sip 'n Shop

The busiest shopping day of the year is just days away, and I saw on the news that people are already camping out in parking lots to be first in line for Black Friday superbargains. Riddle me this: If you have to take a week off of work to wait in line, are you really saving money on that cheap TV?
Anyway.
In our quest to offer you an antidote to the big box shopping experience, we suggest you hit up the Holiday Sip 'n Shop at Fanny's House of Music this Friday, where select mobile boutiques will set up shop from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. On Saturday — which is Small Business Saturday, by the way — they'll be at the newly opened Shoppes on Fatherland for the same timeframe. If you're already tired of T-giving leftovers, the Jonbalaya food truck will be at Saturday's event, so there's that!
Vendors include Honeybean Boutique, The Trunk and Blue Betty.
