Visual Art Iconic Painters: An Art History Nerd's Dream

Where my art nerds at?

I came across this series over the weekend, and I haven't been able to get it out of my head ever since. They're like flash cards for the design-savvy. Eurydyka Kata and Rafał Szczawiński are amazing graphic designers who run re:blog, and in this series they've represented famous painters in the simplest possible terms: three symbols of each artist's work.

Some of my favorite examples are after the jump — can you guess who is who?
