The other day I stumbled upon a treasure trove of design goodness I didn't realize had been just sitting there on the Internet all this time. That would be Container List, the blog of the Milton Glaser Design Study Center and Archives. I came across CL (nice initials!) whilst headed down a rabbit hole opened up by this collection of old railroad company logos, which led me to Tony Palladino's Conrail logo. By its own description, Container List is chock full of "graphics and ephemera from the design archives at the School of Visual Arts." If, say, you find Mad Men kind of boring at best but are interested in mid-century advertising and design, this is a great place for glimpsing. Just look at that geometry!
