Film What's Opening in Theaters: Angelina Jolie's Directorial Debut and More

Consider this your guide to the weekend's new movie offerings, with trailers for everything from Angelina Jolie's writing and directing debut In the Land of Blood and Honey (above, opening today at The Belcourt in Serbo-Croatian with subtitles) to the Bollywood spectacle Agneepath (now at the Hollywood 27).
A Dangerous Method (Hollywood 27)
The Pitch: Freud (Viggo Mortensen) and Jung (Michael Fassbender) clash over the treatment of erotic neurotic Sabina Spielrein (Keira Knightley).
Logline: "It's Domino meets domination!"
What you need to know: Directed by David Cronenberg — that's good enough for us.
An Inconsistent Truth (Hollywood 27)
Plot: A documentary in which conservative talk-radio host Phil Valentine attempts to debunk conventional wisdom about climate change.

Agneepath (Hollywood 27)
Plot: A man returns to his childhood village to settle an old score with the evil druglord Kancha, who killed his father many years before.
The Pitch: "It's the 1990 Bollywood favorite Agneepath, only more so!"
What You Need to Know: Stars Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Sanjay Dutt, Rishi Kapoor and Om Puri; in Hindi with subtitles.
Albert Nobbs (Green Hills)
Plot: That's no 19th century Irishman, that's Glenn Close dressed up like a hotel butler to find gainful employment.
The Pitch: "It's Victor/Victoria meets The Remains of the Day!"
What You Need to Know: Oscar noms for Close (Best Actress) and Janet McTeer (Best Supporting Actress).
The Grey (opens wide)
Plot: Those aren't rescuers, plane-crash survivor Liam Neeson — those are hungry wolves!
The Pitch: "It's Alive meets Wolfen! No, wait — it's The Edge meets Saki's "The Interlopers!"
What You Need to Know: The new trailer looks better than the first one we saw, which had all kinds of goofy social-media money quotes: "This movie roolz! — #lolcatz27332."
Man on a Ledge (opens wide)
Plot: Spoiler alert: Sam Worthington plays a man on a ledge.
The Pitch: "It's Inside Man, only he's outside!"
What You Need to Know: Money quote from Craig D. Lindsey: "The movie year doesn’t start for me until I see a flick where the utterly uninspired ludicrousness is so flagrant and visible in every frame, you’re persistently in a state of slack-jawed disbelief. You know, the sort of movie that constantly has you muttering 'Get the fuck outta here!' in your head. Well, I’m here to report that Man on a Ledge is the first 'Get the fuck outta here!' movie of the new year."
One for the Money (opens wide)
Plot: Katherine Heigl plays Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum, who tracks down bail jumpers and fights crime with sassy Jersey-girl style.
