Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Tennessee whiskey is holding a dinner series this spring in five locations around the country. Bounty and Barrel kicked off in New York City, runs through Chicago, Austin, San Francisco and ends right here in Nashville on April 22. The menu for each dinner is determined by the host chefs in each city and the roster of host chefs is impressive; among them are Food Network regulars Aarón Sánchez and Amanda Freitag, Mindy Segal of Hot Chocolate and recent Food and Wine Best New Chef winner, Paul Qui. The chefs also choose a charitable organization to benefit from the proceeds at each separate event.

Here in Nashville, diners will get to preview the work of Maneet Chauhan before the opening of her new restaurant, Chauhan Ale & Masala House, in the Gulch. Chauhan is teaming with Deb Paquette of Etch for the event which will benefit Mending Limbs, an organization that helps amputees obtain prosthetics.

The dinner will feature five courses, all paired with Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel cocktails and will take place at the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Tickets and more information are available on the Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel website and on the Eventbrite ticket purchase page.
