Enjoy Swine & Wine at Natchez Hills Vineyard

Posted By on Thu, Mar 27, 2014 at 8:17 AM

If you're a fan of Bordeaux and barbecue, well then we'd probably be fast friends. But more importantly, you're exactly the sort of person who needs to circle Saturday, April 19, on the calendar because Natchez Hills Vineyard and Mt. Pleasant Grille are joining forces for a "Swine & Wine" event at the vineyard property in Hampshire, Tenn (iin Maury County about an hour from Nashville).

The day of fun will run from noon to 7 p.m. on April 19, with live music from Bobby Walker, Bobby and Janet Lynn Hattabaugh, and Cumberland Blue on an outdoor stage, plus whole-hog barbecue and wine pairings from Natchez Hills. Guest chefs will be on hand to describe how different parts of the hog work with particular dishes and the vineyard's winemaker will offer pairing advice.

Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online at or by calling 931-285-2500. Kids under 12 are free.
