Myint, Wilson, McCormack, King: Four Chefs Join This Year's "2 Chefs" Event for Nashville Pride

Nashville Pride's annual benefit called 2 Chefs 2 Visions is always a great party. This year there's even more culinary firepower as four chefs step up to the stove:

• Chef-restaurateur Arnold Myint (of PM, Suzy Wong's, AM@FM and now blvd), the 2 Chefs stalwart who welcomes three new guest chefs.

• Margot McCormack, chef-owner of Margot and Marché (fresh off her triumph of a James Beard nomination).

• The multitalented two-time Iron Fork champion Laura Wilson of the Grow Local Kitchen at the Nashville Farmers' Market.

Daisy King, who's a bestselling cookbook author, a 40-year pioneer in popularizing Southern cooking and one of the original owners of the venerable F. Scott's in Green Hills.

The event, a fundraiser for the 25th annual Pride Fest, takes place at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 28, at the Nashville Farmers’ Market. It starts with a standing reception with bubbly, then a first course with music by 10 String Symphony.

Guests will then be seated for a feast, served family style, that includes three dishes from each chef. Tickets are $75, including champagne and beer. People who make a tax-deductible donation to Pride’s “Core” membership program can get discounted tickets to 2 Chefs 2 Visions and Pride’s many other events.
