Beyond just their menu, the folks at Burger Up really want consumers to meet the purveyors who achieve these criteria. To that end, they have started a Farm Dinner Series where they will invite diners to get to know Burger Up's suppliers and find out more about their operations.
The first dinner in the series will be this Sunday, July 22, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and will feature Steven Lee of Triple L Ranch in Franklin. Triple L is a family-owned operation that has been around since 1963, raising the very best in Hereford cattle. The Lee family's respect and humane treatment toward animals was a major influence in getting Burger Up off the ground and in helping them establish their business philosophy. Their meat also makes for some outstanding burgers!
