Restaurant openings Gus's World Famous Hot & Spicy Chicken Is Coming to Nashville

I'm a big fan of the original Gus's location in Mason, Tenn., with its screen door and tremendously funky jukebox, but the newer locations in Memphis put out some mighty fine bird, too. The Front Street location is apparently killing it, and now apparently Nashville will be getting our own outpost of Gus's.
According to their Twitter feed @GUSCHICKENNASHVILLE (Note: strident all cap Twitter handle is their punctuation, not mine ...) "Gus's World Famous Chicken is Coming To Nashville TN!!! Location announcement coming soon!!!"
They Tweeted this info to every Nashville celebrity they could think of, begging for retweets. I kid you not, this same tweet has been repeated by them over 80 times in the past day, so I don't suggest following them unless you can spare the chatter in your bandwidth. If they actually do announce a location, we'll let you know here on Bites. In fact, this sort of amateur hamfisted Twitter PR tactic usually turns me off to the point where I wouldn't even pay attention.
If only they didn't make such damned good fried chicken...
