First of all, Cliff Creek makes some outstanding wines out there in Southern Oregon. They are particularly well-known for the big bold reds they craft in fine French style. Their specialties are Syrah and claret, but they also custom-craft small lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Bethany Scully from the winery will be a guest at the tasting to lead attendees through the portfolio and answer any questions. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served to complement the wines.
That's right. Table 3's kitchen will be back up and running as of Wednesday, though co-owner Wendy Burch told Dana they're hoping to ease into a fairly soft opening for the first week or so. The official grand opening is Monday, Sept. 26.
So Table 3 is back on the roster hosting wine tastings, which is great news indeed. The cost for this event will be $25 a person, with the option to stay for dinner with a reservation. To RSVP please call Table 3 at 739-6900 and let them know if you would like to stay for dinner after the tasting.
