Bites This Bathroom Puts the "Fun" in Bodily Function

I see a lot of restaurant bathrooms, and they all have their own personalities. Here was a bathroom where someone thought of everything, except for one important element.
It was really big, plenty big enough for a big wheelchair or several people.
There was a diaper deck, a thoughtful addition:
It had two dispensers, one for soap and one for moisturizer. Nice.
It had two hand-drying methods— air dryer or paper towels. Nice.
It had two — oops! — no! Zero toilet paper dispensers. Nice.
