We don't know many details, but a new restaurant is coming to the Nashville Farmers' Market this spring. It will fill the space formerly held by Oriental Express.

The concept sounds like something new to the market, with Japanese cuisine and sushi along with some Chinese dishes. There will be options for vegetarians as well as meat eaters.

Called Green Asia, the new restaurant has said it will source as many ingredients as possible from farm vendors at the market, and will use sustainable paper goods and practices as much as possible. The opening is projected for late May.
