Foods Other Important Burger-Related Developments

Our burger karma is strong here at Bites lately, and it's been patties all around a couple of times a week. On recent burger outings, I'm starting to notice an interloper on the ketchup front: Red Gold.
Red Gold has always been my favorite canned tomato. Never having done a side-by-side test, my opinion is anecdotal, but the tomatoes have a certain ... je ne sais quoi. They seem more tomato-y and more flavorful, or maybe they're a different variety than other canned brands. Other people agree. (Warning: It's a Facebook link.)
The ketchup is less sweet than Heinz, and a little more vinegary, and seems to have a richer and more concentrated tomato flavor. I know Bites readers get around — has Red Gold ketchup been turning up in your restaurant travels, and do you think it can challenge Heinz's world domination?
