Open Thread Sigh of Relief, Shout of Triumph for Bites' Weekly Open Thread

- Blackberry angel food cake at Easier Than Pie.
It's a good list, with many Friends of Bites, including Love and Olive Oil, Nashville Foodies and some undiscovered gems. Easier Than Pie, from Loveless Cafe pastry chef Alisa Huntsman, chronicles her development of a cookbook in words and pictures (but for the recipes, you'll have to get the book). I'd like a piece of that fruit-juice flavored, pastel-tinged angel food cake, please.
Also making the list is One Particular Kitchen, where I scored a revelatory recipe for roasted broccoli.
