Foods / Good advice Show 'Em What We've Got, Or Not?

A Chowhound poster last week is in search of the South's best food trucks. Was someone planning a food-truck sprint through the South? Driving miles out of the way for a local delicacy? No, it was a writer doing "research" for a book.

Do we tell 'em about Mas Tacos Por Favor? And Fleur de Lis? The Bolton's Spicy Chicken & Fish van?

Or would telling our secrets be like native peoples having their photos taken: losing a little bit of our souls for someone else's momentary entertainment?
