On the heels of the blockbuster Tomato Art Festival, Capitol Grille chef Tyler Brown will host a late-summer harvest tomato dinner to benefit Slow Food Nashville Aug. 12 at 6:30 p.m.
Brown and the Capitol Grille team will create tomato dishes to showcase crops from Jeff Poppen of Barefoot Farms in Red Boiling Springs and Farmer Dave of Gallatin. Yep, even tomato-based desserts.
