Browsing Corrieri's Formaggeria recently, I found a freezer full of entrées from sister pizzeria Mafiaoza's, looking good and priced to move at $8.99 for the likes of manicotti, vegetable lasagna, regular lasagna and chicken and spinach in a white sauce. Looks like two big servings per microwavable container. Dinner for two for $9, or feed a family for just $17.
You could also take home fresh pizza dough, $2.99 for a 12-inch pizza and $3.99 for an 18-inch pizza
A sad good-bye to the homemade canned marinara and vodka creme sauces for pasta. It seems there is a forest of hoops to jump through to sell house-made canned food. But it's said to be on the company's to-do list to find a subcontractor for it at some point. Let's hope so--who can afford the $10 for Rau's?

I *think* it may have been Tracy or Lee (Stabert) - a while back they mentioned about buying some pizza dough for a party.
Mind you, I have been trying for years to perfect a home made dough so I would not have to eat at, like, that "mafia" place.
So I too went to Pizza Perfect and bought some of their dough. Probably the absolute best dough I have ever handled - stretched to 16 inches in seconds, no tears (both meanings), and cooks in a standard oven beautifully.
That place on 12 south with it's glorified crime theme and keerappy service staff and questionable cook staff is half baked.
