Events / Farmers' Markets A Hint of Myint at Farmers' Market Saturday

The Chefs at the Market series continues this weekend with Arnold Myint, chef/owner of ChaChah and PM, who will offer a cooking demonstration at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 27 in the Market Hall at 900 Rosa L. Parks Boulevard.
Depending on availability of fresh ingredients, Myint is planning to prepare the following menu:
Asian Cucumber Salad with Miso Vinaigrette
Peanut Sauce Chicken Salad
Wild Mushroom Salad with Spinach, Apples and Charred Onions
Spicy Red Curry Seafood Pasta with Market Vegetables and Herbs
Watermelon Ginger-ade
