We love us grillin' us some super thick bologna.

Wasn't the original Bongo Bob's Ethnic Plate a sandwich of bologna on white bread with yellow mustard? Is that still on the menu?

Jimmy Carl's has a grilled bologna sandwich, I think, and Jefferson's (the subject of this week's upcoming review)has a fried bologna sandwich on white bread with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion for $5.99.

Doesn't it pretty much have to be spelled "baloney" if it's fried and served on white bread?

Phil's BBQ (new place on Gallatin) has an epic grilled bologna sandwich. Smokes the entire bologna, then grills the (3/4-inch-thick) slices.

No need to worry about Mr Myint. Observe carefully the rear lights of the bus in front of him. You can clearly see that all 6 taillights are illuminated, a clear indication that the bus is likely stopped with brakes applied.
Dontcha peeps watch like TV and CSI stuff?? No?
As far as the bologna, I'll have me some Boars Head, sliced thin, not cooked.

I had an awesome smoked bologna sandwich on Saturday at B&C BBQ in the Farmer's Market. I'm not a big bologna fan but this was a smoky, porky, masterpiece.

I snapped a picture of this while driving to work one day, too! And there's another one...something about grilling "plump and juicy weiners." Not kidding!

Dang it, Ryan. You got me so excited about a baloney sammich at B & C that I forgot that they don't have everything every day. No baloney. No smoked salmon.
But the brisket was on the special. So tender you could cut it with a plastic fork!

Sorry C, check back there for it though, it's great. I haven't tried their brisket yet, but I've never had anything there I didn't enjoy - how can you not love a place that has a "grits of the day"?
I know this is a thread about baloney/bologna but my Saturday afternoon trips to the market for lunch and groceries are quickly becoming the best part of my week. Great choices in the food court, farm fresh produce, that fresh blueberry lemonade that's so good it almost makes me cry - our farmer's market rocks!

Tex's BBQ on Foster Avenue (of Murfreesboro Rd) has barbecued bologna on the menu every single day. I ordered it once. It's got that weird, fleshlike bologna texture, but it's undeniably barbecued.
