Food Fight The REAL Tennessee Pork Report

No, we're not talking The Tennessee Center for Policy Studies recent public relations campaign to highlight what they identify as wasteful spending by the state government. Check out PITH for commentary on that.
We're talking BBQ. Patrick Martin of the eponymous pig shack in Nolensville has been getting a lot of attention lately, including a trip to New York City to participate in the Big Apple BBQ block party this past weekend.
To commemorate this event, the lovely ladies behind Nashvillest.com have posted a poll to determine once and for all who's the big pig in Middle Tennessee. Yeah, I know...you can't swing a dead swine without hitting a "best of" food contest nowadays (cough, Toast of Music City, cough, Bojangles, cough, Olive Garden).
