CSA Can-Can, Can You Do the Can-Can?

You can if you attend the CSA Canning Workshop on Tuesday, June 16 from 6-8 pm or Saturday, June 27 from 9-11 a.m. at the Williamson County Extension Office on Long Lane in Franklin.
After a successful class last weekend for members of the Delvin Farms CSA, Joan Wherly of the University of Tennessee/Williamson County Extension has graciously agreed to present two more classes for the general public free of charge. You'll learn all about canning and freezing some of the extras you'll have in your shares this season, as well as suggestions of which veggies to order extras of to help get you through the winter. Clear some cellar space and get at it!
