Pre-Sweetened Coffee? Discuss Among Yourselves.

The South is fueled by pre-sweetened tea, so much so that while standing in the line at Arnold's Country Cooking, you're likely to overhear someone ordering simply "Non" because "sweet" would be the default.

With the exception of bottled and canned coffee drinks and the sinful coffee-and-cream elixirs at Vietnamese and Thai restaurants, why don't we order pre-sweetened java?
