Drinks / News Belmont Adding Fresh Blends to the Neighborhood Mix

Fresh Blends, the juice bar in East Nashville, is opening a Belmont location, according to this item on Nashvillest. Fresh Blends will brings it repertoire of healthy fruit blends, fresh-squeezed juices and smoothies to the same Portland Avenue building that houses the Subway across from Athlete's House. Given its sandwich-slinging neighbor, Fresh Blends Belmont will not offer its menu of wraps. The new locations is scheduled to open in early May.

On the South Side, on Nolensville Road across from Pie in the Sky, there appears to be a Maui Wowi franchise (coffee and smoothies) opening up soon. I haven't ever been to one, but I saw one in Corolla, OBX, North Carolina.
Checked the web site, and there aren't others in TN.
