If you're reading this, it means I'm already in the Bay Area, celebrating Passover at my sister's in Marin, hanging out at my uncle's in Oakland and spending some time with my college roommate in San Fran.
I've talked before about my Second City Malaise--the fact that I consistently covet the dining options in larger cities. Well, the Bay Area pretty much couldn't be more envy-inspiring--dim sum, Burma Superstar, sourdough, wine, the freshest seafood, organic everything.
This got me to thinking: If you could plug one of Nashville's food holes--cure a culinary blind spot--what would it be? A place for top-shelf dim sum might top my list. How bout you?
