This week's dining review of Tin Angel is about as cheery as a holiday card with photos of babies and puppies. Don't worry, it wasn't the eggnog that got into me--it was the food. Catfish encrusted with potatoes and served over braised cabbage, not to mention a spinach salad with fried egg, reminded me why Vicki and Rick Bolsom's restaurant has been a dining landmark for 15 years.
