The Cucina girls are at it again, teaching people to cook by holding intimate classes in a fabulous kitchen with lots of wine and useful recipes. The December schoolhouse will cover two holiday cocktail party must-haves: cookies and bruschetta.
Professors Claudia and Joy will teach three bruschetta and four cookies. Flavor profiles are still being finalized, but perhaps there will be something sweet and orange in the cookie jar when you're done. Price is $70 and includes enough wine to make you glow, great camaraderie and a load of cookies to take home.
