People Tayst Chef Jeremy Barlow Debuts on CNN

Remember a few weeks back when the CNN crew shadowed Tayst chef Jeremy Barlow as he made the rounds of the East Nashville Farmers' Market? The segment debuts today on CNN at 1 p.m. and will air again Thursday at 6 a.m. and Saturday at a time to be determined. After that, the segment will be archived online.

It's definitely not a trend! It's reality! If I were a chef who wanted more tips on how to be "one of America's finest green restaurants," I would look to The Kitchen in Boulder, Colo. (one of my all-time faves). http://www.thekitchencafe.com/reviews.shtml
