Insects and offal top the list. No. 10 is caterpillar pretzels, and uterus sausage slides in at No. 2. In between, though, are a couple of weak entries like stuffed roasted goat, which, while not everyday fare, doesn't really qualify as incredibly unusual—especially compared to, say, turducken.
What could we think of—perhaps even something served here in the second-largest democracy on earth—that's more unusual than roast goat, or item No. 3, Chinese stir-fried pork heart?

Well, when I was growing up, my Mom usually deep-fried chicken hearts (along with livers and gizzards) and braised the pork hearts. I've never had either stir-fried, but it sounds somewhat less than unusual. Similarly, I think that the brains & eggs we used to have for breakfast (when fresh pork brain was available) sounds weirder than the lamb brain recipe given. I've got no response to the bug dishes though (beyond 'yuk')...
