The Scene's food coverage continues to expand faster than elastic waistbands at a Shoney's breakfast buffet. From the fun-loving gluttons who bring you Bites now comes the next phase in full-tilt food obsession: Morsel Code, a weekly newsletter full of news, events and other food- and restaurant-related morsels from Nashville's dynamic dining landscape.

Morsel Code: Dots and Dashes From the Dining World debuts in email inboxes Thursday, Sept. 11. To subscribe to the electronic newsletter, visit the Scene's online promotions page. If you have tips for Morsel Code, please send them to MWozniak (at) nashvillescene.com.

And remember: today is the last day to vote in the Scene's Best of Nashville readers' poll. Every grease-soaked vote counts.

Wow. I second all those votes, although I wouldn't mind people showing some love to La Terraza in the Mexican category. Now I feel like a dunce for forgetting Eastside Fish in the seafood category.

Where is the Best of Nashville poll for 2008? How do we vote? I could not find anything on your site for 2008 that gave me a clue as to how to vote.
