News Drink Haus to Open Sunday Aug. 10

I just checked in with Kat Roos to see how plans are coming for Drink Haus, her upcoming coffee house in Germantown, and here's her response:
I've set our opening date as THIS SUNDAY the 10th! Our weekend hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and our weekday hours are 7 a.m. to 6p.m. That's right, we're open seven days a week...I'm never going to sleep again.Besides the coffee-based beverages, we have 15 varieties of loose-leaf organic teas (all can be prepared hot or iced), organic blended frappes in yummy flavors like peanut butter mocha and toffee mocha (with real bits of candy blended in), blended fruit cremes in strawberry and tangerine, and Italian sodas (available in the usual flavors, but also some special ones like ginger, lemongrass, lychee, and elderflower).
We'll have muffins, cookies, cakes, biscotti, dessert breads, etc. and Sydney's new brioche sticky buns too! Our gelato flavors will rotate constantly, but this week we'll have peanut butter, espresso, pistachio, amarena cherry, mango-blood orange, and tiramisu. Any gelato can be turned into affogato as well.
