For those of you wondering what Isaac the bartender has been up to, check it out. He’s changed his name to Tom Joyner and he’s syndicated on 92Q, entertaining Nashville weekday mornings. OK, wait a minute. All of you scrambling to write your angry “all black people don’t look alike” missives can put your pens away. We can plainly see this isn’t Ted Lange from Love Boat. But it’s that lounge-singer, pistol-point hand gesture, Tom. Forget the $500 and set us up with a piña colada and a double date with Gopher and the Landers sisters. Then the “go get ’em, Tiger” message you’re projecting would make sense. Unfortunately, we’re certain we’d make a clumsy pass at Gopher’s Landers sister and we’d be right back at the bar crying in our cosmopolitan.
