Professional Bull Riders Build Tough Series
Published on August 28, 2008 at 3:41am
Yeehaw! I love any sport where big, tough, beer-drinkin' boys get their asses kicked by animals--it's feels like karmic retribution for all the ills the American male has inflicted on the world. I know, I know, sometimes those vice-thighed warriors manage to hang on for the full eight seconds (I saw the Luke Perry movie), but then they fall off, and run for their lives. If you've never seen professional bull riding up close, here's your chance--it's one of the fastest, most intense things you'll ever witness, and no one will blame you if you root for the one with the biggest balls. Riders Kody Lostroh and Cord McCoy will also sign autographs at Lowe's of Gallatin (1301 Nashville Pk.), 11 am-1 pm Saturday.
