Relating to Strangers

Local artists Caryn Cast and Sarah Moessner explore the point where the intimate and heartfelt meets the awkward and strange in their new exhibit, Relating to Strangers. Cast re-contextualizes her day-dreaming subjects, painting them in unlikely settings that cast their musings in an entirely different light. Moessner's multimedia pieces incorporate images from her childhood and serve to recreate her family tree one small, special scrap at a time. The art will be accompanied by plenty of food and wine.
